声光调Q

在需要高达Khz的应用场合，可以选择声光调Q的激光器。采用声光调Q的激光器，一般可以实现1K-20KHz的工作频率，脉宽一般在30-150ns左右，峰值功率远小于电光调Q激光。

调Q激光

采用稳定的电光调Q开关，可以获得峰值功率高达200Mw以上的巨脉冲激光。适用于需要获得高峰值功率和窄脉宽的应用场合。

典型的电光调Q激光器技术参数如下：

  1. 激光波长：1064nm/532nm/355nm/266nm
  2. 输出能量：50-1200mj@1064nm
  3. 工作频率：1-10Hz
  4. 脉冲宽度：6-10ns
  5. 激光模式：准单模
  6. 能量稳定性：<5%
